The Role
We’re now looking for an experienced people and talent management professional to join the group level People & Communications team and work alongside the CPO in driving the People agenda and to develop the HiQ employee experience.
HiQ is growing, and the People agenda is central in the work to stay an employer of choice in recruiting and retaining key talent. In this role, you will work hands on in a dedicated role to analyze, develop and implement key people initiatives and processes such as (not limited by) developing the employer value proposition, group wide employee engagement surveys, performance management and talent acceleration programs.
You will work independently and lead projects and initiatives in plan and is expected to make suggestions on improvements and bring new ideas to the table. You will also take the lead to build a more data driven function by identifying and setting capabilities in place to track key qualitative and quantitative people indicators.
We work on the group level and build on the strengths and best practices to be found within the group (with operations in Sweden, Germany and Finland) together with own experience and aligned with business goals.
In this role, you are part of building a new group function with a great opportunity to take ownership and grow in the HR/People profession. The group level team is small and highly specialized and should operate as a driving force and strategy enabler within the People area.
You will work closely with colleagues in the Marketing & Communications team that also report to the group CPO.

You value simplicity and ease of implementation ahead of complicated processes and are a responsive change leader and communicator.
Do you have a tech interest? A Big plus. Lastly, you’re used to switching from long term perspective to operative mode and enjoy a dynamic environment where we get things done!
Skills and Requirements
- To succeed in this role, you need a solid experience in a similar role in a HR/People function or as a consultant within the same field, probably around 5-7 years of practice.
- You have worked in a project related context to analyze, design, and implement people processes, initiatives and new ways of working.
- You have experience from facilitating decision making, change management and internal communication.
- A large advantage is experience from working with professional services/consulting workforces.
- Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement.
